• Strengthening relationships with the leadership of Grambling Alumni, Gamma Psi. Theta Rho Alumni and Eta Pi so we are all remain on the same page and offer unilateral support for this building project.
• To provide the Bothers at Homecoming 2006 an update on the status of the building project.
• To provide a yahoo user's group so that brothers can freely communicate information, post updates on the house, ask pointed questions and voice their concerns in a centralized location.
• To get updated contact information from Brothers via the established yahoo group that has been set up.
• To provide a way for brothers to contribute via a secured process without any human intervention.
• Develop Building Plan A

• Hire an architect to design the layout of the house and get an estimate of our cost.

• Develop a timeline for fundraising.

• Develop a timeline for building.

• Once the plans have been fully developed, we will present them to Grambling Alumni and Gamma Psi chapters and to other brothers in locations where we have the greatest concentration (i.e. Dallas , Houston , Atlanta , Chicago).
